Small batches. Serious about every one.
We started Bloom in 2020 selling coffee online, straight to people who brew at home. Since then we’ve grown into a roastery that supplies 500+ cafés across India, and that size now works in your favour: closer ties with the farms we buy from, more lots across the cupping table, and more time spent dialling in every roast.
We still roast in small batches every Tuesday and Friday, and cup every batch before it’s packed. Everything we learn at scale goes into the bag that lands in your cup.

Roasted in small batches
We roast every retail order exclusively for that order. Nothing sits pre-roasted on a shelf. Small batches keep every roast consistent, so each bag reaches you tasting exactly the way we intended.
Traceable, lasting farmer relationships
We go back to the same estates harvest after harvest and know the producers behind every lot by name. Every bag tells you the estate, the producer, the variety and the process, so you can trace your coffee to the farm it came from. Working together year after year means we can plan lots with our farmers and keep bringing you the coffees you love.
Something for every cup
Light, medium and dark roasts. Washed, honey and natural coffees, plus experimental ferments. Single estates and house blends. However you brew and however you take it, there’s a coffee here for you.
Sweet & bright
Every profile is roasted to enhance the coffee’s natural sweetness and retain its bright acidity, the lively, fruity character that tells you where it was grown.
