Questions we get a lot.
Can’t find it here? WhatsApp us — a real person replies.
How fresh is the coffee?
We roast twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday, and ship on those same days. Every bag is stamped with its roast date, so you always know how fresh it is.
When will my order ship?
Orders go out on our next roast day, Tuesday or Friday. You’ll get tracking by email and SMS as soon as it’s dispatched.
Where do you deliver?
Across India. Shipping is worked out at checkout.
Can you grind the coffee for me?
Shop orders are whole beans only. Coffee loses most of its aroma within minutes of grinding, so we’d rather you grind just before you brew. Subscriptions are the exception: we can grind those to order for your brewer.
How long does a bag stay fresh?
Most coffees taste best from about a week after the roast date and for a month after that. Keep the bag sealed, out of sunlight and away from heat. Please don’t put it in the fridge.
Which coffee should I pick?
Light roasts are bright and fruity, great black or as a pour over. Medium roasts are sweet and balanced and work either way. Dark roasts are chocolatey and made for milk, moka pot or filter. Still unsure? Take the 60-second quiz or WhatsApp us.
How do subscriptions work?
You pay once for 6 or 12 months, choose once or twice a month and 1 or 2 bags, at ₹575 a bag including shipping and taxes. Deliveries go out on the 1st and 15th of every month, picked to suit how you brew.
