A floral, structured SLN9 washed single-origin from Balanoor Plantations in Chikmagalur, grown at 1250 MASL by Ashok and Rohan Kuriyan.

Pulped, rested overnight, then classically washed and very well sorted. The result opens with hibiscus and orange blossom aromatics before moving into a clean orange-zest brightness.

Malt and cocoa sweetness underneath give the cup balance and depth. A versatile medium-light roast, built for both filter and espresso. Best for expressive pour overs, bright espressos, and small fruity milk drinks.
