One of Bloom's core coffees: dependable, balanced, and built for everyday brewing. Produced by Sunil and Mohan in Chikmagalur at 1000 MASL.
A classic washed process, hand-sorted to remove defects at multiple stages, with no chemicals used in growing the coffee. That care is what gives this mixed-varietal lot its structure and consistency cup after cup.
Expect chocolate, citrus fruit, and caramel. A workhorse designed for retail, wholesale, espresso, filter, milk drinks, cold brew, and blends. Best for bold pour overs, deep espressos, and rich milk and iced milk drinks.
