A small S795 natural from Orchadale Estate in Yercaud, produced by Naveen Rajes at 1350 MASL.
This lot is papaya co-fermented, which pushes it towards a darker, richer fruit profile. It is a limited old-harvest release, carrying real depth and sweetness.
Expect blackcurrant, marmalade, and caramel. Bright enough to stay lively, sweet enough to work across brew styles. Best for expressive pour overs, bright espressos, and small fruity milk drinks.
