A small 50 kg Liberica natural from Sharan Gowda's Salawara Estate in Sakleshpur, grown at 1143 MASL.

Liberica is a different species to Arabica — it brings more aromatic weight, more body, and an unusual fruit-and-nut character. This lot is processed as a classic natural to let that personality show.

Expect dried fruit, berry, almond, and caramel. A medium-light roast for all-use brewing. Best for expressive pour overs, bright espressos, and small fruity milk drinks.
