A Red Honey Chandragiri from Sharan Gowda's Salawara Estate in Sakleshpur, grown at 1143 MASL.
Fermented for 48 hours, then dried over 14 days as a red honey. The red honey process gives a rounded body and dried-fruit depth while keeping the cup structured and expressive.
Expect malt sweetness, a tangerine-like citrus lift, and raisin through the finish. A sweet, comforting medium-light roast. Best for expressive pour overs, bright espressos, and small fruity milk drinks.
