In the current year, their connection with Greenland Estate deepened, thanks to Viggnesh's introduction to Govind, opening the door to this delectable coffee.

Greenland Estate, nestled in Valparai, Tamil Nadu, lies within the realm of the Anamalai Tiger Reserve. While the region is predominantly known for tea cultivation, coffee is gradually carving its niche here. Spread across 200 acres, this estate graces elevations ranging from 5100 ft to 5700 ft above sea level. This remarkable altitude imparts a unique density to the coffee beans, resulting in an exceptionally distinct flavour profile.

For their debut year, Bloom Coffee Roasters chose the super floral washed processed coffee from Greenland Estate. This choice proved to be a highlight of the year, captivating coffee enthusiasts with its exceptional qualities.
