A small 60 kg retail-only release from Moganad Estate in Yercaud, produced by Naveen Rajes. This S795 lot is bright, sweet, and layered.
It is processed as a black honey with a long fermentation and 25 days of drying. Black honey leaves a generous coat of mucilage on the seed throughout drying, building deep fruit sweetness while holding the cup's structure.
Expect tropical fruit and berry-like brightness with a soft milk chocolate finish. Built primarily for filter, with a juicy espresso option. Best for expressive pour overs, bright espressos, and small fruity milk drinks.
