Salawara Estate - Bloom Honey
A small Bloom Honey lot from Sharan Gowda's Salawara Estate in Sakleshpur, grown at 1143 MASL from S795.
The lot was fermented for 48 hours and then dried slowly over 16 days. That combination of ferment and patient drying builds sweetness, aromatics, and layered fruit character.
Expect Earl Grey aromatics, malta-like sweetness, and a soft berry finish. Elegant, expressive, and clean. Best for expressive pour overs, bright espressos, and small fruity milk drinks.
