Sharan and Ishwar Gowda have been producing some truly stellar coffees over the last few years, and each year we're just blown away by how they keep making their coffees taste better. Is it more data, more knowledge, better infrastructure, just more experience? We're not sure, and honestly, as long as they're producing coffees like these we're just happy that we get to have them with us.
This washed process went through an Anaerobic yeast Fermentation before pulping, and then the coffee was washed thoroughly to remove the mucilage. With notes of Peaches, White Chocolate and rich butterscotch, this is a unique coffee that is sweet, complex and with a rounded acidity, but clear flavours in the cup. The coffee is a real joy to brew and is quite forgiving as well. We hope you enjoy this as much as we do.
