A small, elegant Red Bourbon washed from Balanoor Plantations in Chikmagalur, grown at 1250 MASL by Ashok and Rohan Kuriyan. Red Bourbon is a rare variety in India, and its delicate florals come from the variety itself.

Rested overnight after pulping, then classically washed, cleaned, and carefully sorted. We've bought this coffee every year for the last five years — a lot we keep coming back to for its clarity and finesse.

Expect delicate floral aromatics, honey sweetness, and a bright orange clarity. Clean, floral, and quietly sweet — built for filter and a delicate espresso. Best for expressive pour overs, bright espressos, and small fruity milk drinks.
