A community-grown coffee from Coorg, produced by the Sirangalli community and sourced through SICC. Processed as a carbonic maceration natural.
Whole cherries ferment under carbon dioxide in the carbonic maceration style, which builds fruit character and sweetness while keeping the cup structured and clean.
Expect orange zest brightness, blackberry, and prunes. Built for filter and a juicy espresso. Best for expressive pour overs, bright espressos, and small fruity milk drinks.
